水平下調式三輥卷板機采用國外先進機型與國內具體情況相結合研制出的新產品，水平下調式三輥卷板機結構合理、性能強，兩下輥為主動輥，采用以下輥驅動為主驅動，上輥升降由液壓缸完成，兩下輥水平移動采用機械傳動，上輥升降和下輥水平移動皆由微機控制，同步精度達±0.2mm。位移量采用數字顯示，醒目直觀，避免了上輥相對下輥的不平行而出現的問題。水平下調式三輥卷板機可將金屬板材一次上料，不需調頭就可完成板材兩端部預彎和彎卷成形，卷制成各種規格的圓形或錐形工件，可用于成形件的校園，并可根據用戶的特殊要求，增加過單、雙面烽縫緩沖機構及卷制錐形工件的附加機構和一次上料找正機構等。水平下調式三輥卷板機精度高、功能全、能耗小、屬當今國內領先水平的彎卷成型設備。
